How do I update my personal details?

To update any of your account information, please complete the Change of Details Forms:

Option 1: via email to info@oneregistryservices.com.au; or

Option 2: this can be posted to One Registry Services Pty Limited PO Box R1479, Royal Exchange NSW 1225.

How do I change or update my bank details?

To update any bank details held on your account, please complete the relevant bank form found at:

1. For an Australian bank account, please complete Direct Credit Facility – Australia ; or
2. For an international bank account, please complete Direct Credit Facility – International Form

Once completed, this form can be provided to One Registry Services in one of the following ways:

Can I change the way I receive my distributions?

Yes, if the Fund allows an investor to choose how to receive their distribution.

A Distribution Payment Election Form must be completed.

Please note, that if you elect to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan, that can have implications.  We encourage you to carefully review the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) which will provide you with detailed information on the Fund’s investment objectives, strategies, risks, and performance history and consult with your financial or other advisor.

How do I update my name?

If you need to update your name on the account, please complete a Name Correction Request & Indemnity Form

You will also need to provide a certified copy of the document detailing the change of name lodged with the relevant government authority (for example certified copy of the documentation from the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages).

Once completed, this form can be provided to One Registry Services in one of the following ways:

Can I transfer my units to someone else?

Yes, if the Fund allows an investor to transfer their units.

To complete a transfer of units to another party, an Off-Market Transfer Form must be completed.

Once completed, this form can be provided to One Registry Services in one of the following ways:

How can I obtain my account number?

Your account number is located on statements sent to you by One Registry Services. Application Confirmation, Holding statement, Distribution Statement

How can I get a replacement confirmation or holding statement?

If you need a replacement statement, we recommend you log into the Investor Portal https://portal.oneregistryservices.com.au/py/sys.pyc where a copy of statements provided to you will be available. Please see “How do I access the Investor Portal” for further details on this.

Alternatively, you can contact One Registry Services at (02) 8188 1510, where you will be asked for a series of security questions to access these statements

How can I deal with units held by a deceased estate?

To discuss any matters relating to a deceased estate, please contact One Registry Services either by email info@oneregistryservices.com.au or if you prefer to discuss with a team member, please call us at: (02) 8188 1510

How can I redeem/withdraw my units?

If the Fund allows redemptions or there is a current Withdrawal Offer. A Withdrawal Request Form must be completed

The information about how to withdraw from a Fund is included in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and may also be available on the Fund’s website.  We suggest that you read the PDS and have a look on the website for details of any withdrawal offer or withdrawal procedures.

How do I update my financial advisor's details?

If you need to update the details for your financial adviser, please complete a Change of Advisor Form

How do I notify ORS of my TFN/ABN?

If we do not currently have a recorded Tax File Number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN), this can be provided to One Registry Services by completing a TFN and ABN Notification Form

Can I request One Registry Services to provide information relating to my holding to another authorised party?

If you require One Registry Services to provide your account information to a third party, please complete a Letter of Authority

How do I complete the application form?

How would I get confirmation if my funds are received by ORS

Generally, you will receive a confirmation of your application after it has been processed by One Registry Services. This confirmation will include the details of the number of units issued to you. If you have any concerns regarding your application or your payment being received, please contact One Registry Services either by email at info@oneregistryservices.com.au or phone at +61 2 8188 1510, where one of our team will assist you.

How can I unblock my account for the investor portal?

Can you help me to complete the withdrawal form?

One Registry Services is not licensed to assist you to make a withdrawal. Please contact your financial advisor or the fund or investment manager for assistance.

Do you think I should redeem from this Fund?

As the Fund’s registry provider, we are unable to provide financial advice on whether you should redeem your investment. We suggest that you consult with your financial or tax advisor who can assess your situation.
